MRS. LJUBICA M. BUBA ROTH, PhD

OWNER/PARTNER/CEO

Dr. Roth started her European business career as a partner in a West-German Corporation which marketed European medical devices across the former USSR. Upon arriving in the USA, she dedicated her career to improving the conditions of refugees who were ineffectively resettled in the State of Utah. In 2001, she established and headed the Utah Peace Institute, which under her leadership raised and successfully managed federal, state, and private funds. This NGO became nationally recognized for its work and Dr. Roth, among other honors, received the UN award for Community Building.

In 2010 she returned to the for-profit world, focusing on the employment of green technologies. In the same year, Dr. Roth was invited to the Federal Republic of Nigeria to meet with the President Goodluck Jonathan. During this trip she become greatly interested in mining prospects across Africa and got numerous VIP invitations to events which included leaders such as President George W. Bush and Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Dr. Roth was born in Belgrade, Serbia, and was raised in Cavtat, Croatia. Before settling in the USA, she lived in the former Yugoslavia, the former Soviet Union, the People’s Republic of China, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Arab Republic of Egypt. Her undergraduate and graduate education was completed in the former Yugoslavia. She is a published author, including a book about the quality of life within urban settlements, published in 2001.

Dr. Roth’s responsibilities include the oversight of all operations, securement of needed funding, enforcement of timely return on investment, verification of both progress reports and financial statements, and supervision and direct participation in all activates related to community outreach.

 

MR. DAVID MOONEY

Consultant

Mr. Mooney is a geologist with over 30 years experience in both exploration and mining of various minerals and has internationally recognized successes in working with Platinum Group Elements around the world.

While holding executive positions, he has overseen exploration of PGE, gold, diamond, coal, copper/nickel and other base-metal projects as well as reviewing and investigation of possible further acquisitions of properties and other opportunities. The spectrum of his duties was extends to ongoing generative work, prospecting, exploration, updating and expanding exploration models, acquisition strategies and criteria, among others. Mr Mooney also has wide-ranging experience in mining.

Mr. Mooney’s responsibilities include oversight of technical due diligence studies, desk-top studies, evaluating exploration, mining and beneficiation projects, designing and providing recommendations on exploration programs, investment opportunities and the project management of exploration and mining programs across a range of minerals.

 

MR. MARK CLIFFORD WILSON

Consultant

With the basic training as an accountant and thereafter working for and with a wide range of professionals, Mr. Wilson has gained enormous experience in a number of sectors performing various functions. These include listing a number of mining companies on various Stock Exchanges across the world and obtaining funding and starting new companies.

Using his strong problem-solving abilities and business network of contacts, he has been involved in a number of businesses in a consulting capacity and has performed many functions and duties which includes obtainment of seed capital for a number of startup businesses, assistance with a range of stock exchange listing from South Africa, Canada and the UK, procurement of mining properties in Africa and selling them off to mining companies after performing preliminary geological work, and conducting Due Diligence and structuring exercises for various exploration and mining enterprises for clients.

Mr. Wilson responsibility will include all financial affairs of the corporation and involvement in Stok Exchange Decisions.

 

MR. ISAH M. UMAR

OWNER /PARTNER IN NIGERIA

Mr. Umar’s early career was in national and international sports. He was a prominent basketball player who quickly rose to fame as he led his team to many victories. During the later stage of his athletic career, he became one of the main figures in the development of the Nigerian national team that won countless tournaments and numerous awards.  He was especially well known for working with youth to foster their growth in national and international basketball leagues and mentor them in leadership skills.

In 2009, he began to focus more on business. Mr. Umar pursued his passion to foster growth of business relations between the USA and Africa. He established a wide network of professional contacts in both the USA and across Africa and worked to connect business partners. As of today, his name is well recognized among Nigerian and Western African business leaders and governmental officials, who depend on Mr. Umar’s advice and support in business and political dealings.

 

MR. LEONG KWA, BSc, MS 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF MINING OPERATIONS IN NIGERIA

Mr. Kwa is a minerals engineer with proven entrepreneurial ability in the identification, exploration, evaluation, establishment and operation of metal and mineral related projects. He is experienced in both surface and underground operations.

Mr. Kwa held the position of Chief Executive, Executive Director and then General Director of the first joint-venture mining company in Vietnam, which was awarded a mining license after the country’s open-door policy was adopted. He has participated in management at both general and operational levels. He has the capacity to manage commercial, financial, operational and related business development issues.

Within previous projects, Mr. Kwa has successfully implemented measures to save costs, with improvements in exploration, grade control, mining, processing, health and safety, environmental, security and other related activities. He is also experienced in pre-feasibility and bankable feasibility studies across Africa, Asia, North America and Europe.

Mr. Kwa’s responsibilities include oversight of exploration, development and sustainability of all projects. He also oversees the work of external specialists and consultants including both international and local personnel.
